Let’s not forget about the highly anticipated release of The Sims 3 just because E3 decided to roll into town. The Sims 3 has been a long time in the making, and the day we’ve been waiting for since The Sims 2 was released is finally here.
Stores on the East Coast and Central Time zones have already opened their doors to the many Sim fans that were brave enough to wait in line for the midnight release. There will probably be many reports and news stories around the web early in the morning about the “Let there be Sims” craze that the folks at EA have been advertising all over the country on billboards, benches, buildings, etc. I was in Chicago a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t turn my head without seeing a Sims 3 ad.
These sims are celebrating the release of The Sims 3.
The Sims franchise is looking to break some records again as The Sims 3 hits stores today, June 2nd, 2009.
Keep checking back here throughout the day as I am sure we’ll be hearing something about The Sims 3. And I, for one, will be making a stop by my local game store to get the game.
